After a month
After a month of being the same weight I finally lost weight it made me feel really good because I was starting to get discourage . Questioning
Today is going to be a long day so long I don't even know if I'll get to eat at normal time's. So questioning if I eat random today if say my last thing I eat is pass midnight if its calories are counted towards that day. When I planned on using those calories on this date.

Breakfast
I know it's only day two for me,but I know the hardest thing for me is making sure I eat breakfast. I've always had trouble eating before 11am . For me I've eaten when I feel hungry, so trying this morning eating ritual is going to be the hardest thing.
