I am 5' 8'' and I have lost a little over 25 pounds over the course of the last eight weeks. I go to the gym about 5 times a week and do about 5 hours of cardio. Maintained for a month, I don't know how!
So in the beginning of April of this year, I decided to lose 43 pounds. My goal was to lose 20 by my 22nd birthday which was June 1st because I was going to Miami.
