I started at 205 so around 185 or so. I'm now 175. Still got 15 to go but each week I see myself getting smaller now.

I've lost 25 pounds in 8 weeks by just counting calories and walking on the treadmill

Well when I get to my goal weight, I will switch to maintenance mode. Keep logging my calories and reduce by gym time from 5 days a week to 3.

I don't always input what I eat after the gym, I usually forget.

Ok I'll try. I feel like I'm complaining now because of fast weight loss and then I'll end up stuck at a plateau and end up complaining about that.

Yes. 1 hour of cardio 5 times a week. I would die trying to do 5 hours each time

I actually feel fine. A little tired but that's what happens when you also work 2 jobs, go to school and take care of a 4 year old. I rest when my body tells me to, I eat when I'm hungry.

So what I am getting from all of this is.. I should probably have wendys for dinner tonight! :D

So maybe I should cut my cardio back some then, and I go off of the treadmill. I enter in my age and weight and it does the calculation for me.

I eat back about 2-300 calories everyday and I actually probably go over my calories atleast twice a week. And I do usually have 2 rest days, it was just nice out so I wanted to do something on those days.

I am trying to lose 15 more pounds to be in the "normal" range.

I actually kind of like it. I just do an hour every time I go to the gym and then work on the rest of my body.

they say you burn 2.16 calories per every pound of body weight during a 30 minute work out on the elliptical. That's what I go by and if I am really burning more than that, then great.!
