Lost my mojo!!
ive had 3 weeks off work, with another one to go. My daily routines and structure have therefore gone out the window and so has my diet and regular gym trips!!!! Heeeelllllppppp

New App / Programme
can anyone recommend a resistance app for women with specific body/goal programmes. I was using a page from BodyBuilding.com, but it's only saved from their website, so I can't save any details eg. Weight/Reps etc. I also have the full fitness app, which is great, but need variety. Thanks

Carb struggles - any advice
I have a target of no more that 120g carbs per day. Somedays though, this can be a real struggle to keep below, especially if I want to add a little variety to my diet. Any thoughts on low carb meals would be appreciated ☺️
