Lost my mojo!!

ive had 3 weeks off work, with another one to go. My daily routines and structure have therefore gone out the window and so has my diet and regular gym trips!!!! Heeeelllllppppp

    you can get it back ! read thru the amazing success stories and you will be re-inspired ! It's so easy to fall off the wagon and lose your motivation. You really can get it back just as easily. How bad do you want to lose weight and get healthy and feel good and look good !?

    Don't worry about what's already happened, look towards what your going to do. Start right now and make it happen.

    If you think routine helps, you have two choices - either keep living your normal routines anyway, e.g. getting up at the same time, having meals at the same time, working out at the same time etc, or you can change your routine and have a different one for being on holiday, making use of the extra time you have to cook and workout. Whichever works for you :)
