On hot days it pays to just relax out in the sun. I feel much calmer in the sun, and it relieves sore muscles. Plus, we can get some vitamin D.

Lose 10 lbs.
This app says I'll be 225 lbs. in 5 weeks. That's almost a loss of ten pounds. It'll be the best birthday present I've ever given myself.
