Hi Everyone, I've been using Runkeeper to track my walks. From reading I understand that it may grossly overestimate your calories burned so I always edit them down by 50%. Let's LOSE weight until our pants are LOOSE!
Did you LOSE your motivation? Do you have LOOSE morals? I hate it when I don't LOSE at least a pound a week. Why do some kids wear such LOOSE fitting pants? Don't LOSE sight of your goals. My cat slipped out of her collar because it was too LOOSE. >_> <_<
