Quick add option
Hi I am only tracking calories at this point. Is there a quick add option to just quickly log your foods name and calories to your daily log? I see “my foods” but it ask for serving size ect

MFP not syncing
I am trying to sync MFP with fit bit. It’s checked in the devise section. I also have it set to count steps however it is not transferring from fit bit to MFP?? Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Exersice calories and Veggie
I’m new to MFP coming from other diets that don’t count veggies. Do I count veg calories in my daily calorie limit, or are they free? Also, I just started training for a marathon. I have synced my fit bit. Do I eat back my exersice calories? I would like to lose 30 lbs sooner then later but also need energy for running?…

Fit bit calories Do I trust it????
i am afraid to trust my Fitbit calorie allowance. I have a charge hr so it monitors heartrate and steps. I was very active yesterday and worked out. It says I burned 3143 calories and gave me 2100 calories to eat. I have it set at 2 lb weightloss. I am a female 5 5' 165 lbs. It just seems like a lot of food! Do I trust it??

Fitbit and exercise calories?
as of 10 am mfp in sync with Fitbit charge hr Has givin me an extra 500 calories. I have been pretty active and did workout this morning (power walking). Can I really eat all those extra calories and lose? I have 30 to lose and have my setting set at 2 lbs per day. What does everyone else do? Eat all, portion of etc. Just…
