What do you mean log your runs on fit bit side? Like when I start my runs and I track them on my watch to see time duration intensity cals burned during my run??

So if I wear my fit bit, would I eat back my excersice cals given for my training and have it count my steps per day and if any calories were given for those steps eat those also? Or turn off daily steps and just count my training for exercise I can eat? So confusing....

This isn't a stupid question since ALOT of diets have free vegetables. Learning how MFP does things.....snowflake930

Thanks for your replies. Weight watchers hasn't worked for me that is why I am giving this a chance. Just wondering how you all handle veggies. Thanks again!

Ok so Fitbit reports all my activity. Weather actual exercise or just walking around doing housework. So do I eat back my "actual exercise ie my 30 min cardio session which I burned 250 cals" or do I consider eating back the 600 my fitness pal gave me from my activity on Fitbit? Ie my cardio and my daily walking housework?!

Hi I'd like to join in!! I did start on the 9th so on track with that! For the month of June my one is to stick to 20-30 net carbs, with a recarb 1 day a week. So far so good!:)

Not a requirement for all but for some. My point. Not everyone is the same.... Thanks and yes I feel much better!:)

Maybe it works for hers. Not me. I know hard to believe that not everyone is built the same. Go figure. You do what feels good for you and since I have changed the way I eat I feel 100% better. So back off.

Hosimotos (thyroid) insulin resistant and prediabetes. Believe it or not, not everyone can just eat whatever as long as below your calories burn.

Boy some people can be just nasty. To each there own.

How do I use pedometer mode only?

Gia07 I posted above what I did for the day....

Just seems to good to be true. Lol. Before my Fitbit unwound have thought I totally screwed up if i ate 2200 calories!
-
I was very hungry yesterday....probably since I was so active. The day before I got far less activity and wasn't hungry and still had 300 cals to eat that I didn't.

I took 23,000 steps. On my feet all day, lots of fast walking. Activity was rebounding for 30 mins and 10 mins of interval training. Heart rate showed 109 active minutes.....

So if it can change later in the day and go lower how do you plan your calories for the day just based on the 1200 that you get?
