ok I am looking for some speedy weightloss. I know slow is better but I want to drop some before vacation. My question is how do I use my exercise calories? Right now I have it linked to my Fitbit and it says I have earned 600 extra calories. I am given 1200 a day. I am 5 5 female want to ultimately lose 25 lbs
Should I eat all my exercise cals or some?? Don't know what to do? Today is day one for me. Thank you in advance!!

At only 1200 calories you'll probably be pretty miserable if you don't eat back at least some of them. If it worries you maybe start with eating 1/2 and see how it goes.

Ok so Fitbit reports all my activity. Weather actual exercise or just walking around doing housework. So do I eat back my "actual exercise ie my 30 min cardio session which I burned 250 cals" or do I consider eating back the 600 my fitness pal gave me from my activity on Fitbit? Ie my cardio and my daily walking housework?!

I have my Fitbit and my MFP connected too, and I don't eat my 'exercise' calories back, but that's entirely your choice. If you want extra calories than look at the entire figure Fitbit has added as 'exercise' although as you say, this will be made up of just daily burn calories from moving around and not just specific 'exercise' calories, and half that number, so in your case if you've got an extra 600, eat back 300 and see how that goes.
