Hi, just wondering how much a person should lose before being considered a success story? I guess it depends on the person but every time I hit a milestone, I automatically want to lose more...I've lost 22 pounds.

Confused about jogging
Hi, I just started jogging/walking in August. I can do 1.7 km. I figured out that is .80 something miles. So how do I record that in MFP? Don't get discouraged, give yourself time
