I am new to this and confused as to where to set my goals in MFP. I wish it had net carbs. Anyway can you all let me know what you have set yours at? I am 50 yrs old, 5'3 and have about 33 pounds to lose. Thanks in advance.
Glad I found this group. I started low carbing again yesterday. I have been yo yo dieting the last 3 1/2 years and really want to just be healthy. Looking forward to reading your posts and journey.
