endomorphs... what worked best for you to get lean?
I done a body test on bodybuilding.com it comes out I am 75% endomorph, 25% mesomorph. The details of this says that I am sensitive to sugary/starchy carbs and should avoid... looking at my food diary I consume a lot of these types of carbs.
