3 Weeks! Can you see the progress?
From most recent to three weeks ago. This is only about a 3 lb difference. I have been adding in some strength training, logging religiously, and have had only a few cheat days. Is it just me or can you spot some differences?

Is anyone else is living with someone unsupportive or passive about your health goals? That could be a boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, husband, parent or even child. What helps you overcome the temptation when they crack a beer next to you or decide to order pizza? Or when you'd like a buddy for walking or joining a gym?
