Eat back your exercise calories? Yes or No? Why?
I have not been eating back my exercise calories and have hit a plateau.... A long and frusterating plateau! I have heard that by eating back my exercise calories I will start to lose weight again. Is this too good to be true? (I would love to eat a little more!!!)

Question for the Ladies
Do you step on the scale during pms? I've noticed a pattern of 3 weeks of steady weight loss... A week of gain....3 weeks of loss...a week of gain.... I wonder if I should just quit weighing myself during that one week of pms. I understand it's only water weight, but still find it quite discouraging to watch the numbers go…

Weight down, BF % up???
Hi everyone, I've lost almost 8 lbs now using MFP, eating healthy and exercising. That being said, according to my Aria scale, as I steadily loose weight, my body fat percentage is slowly but steadily increasing! :S Please tell me this is wrong!

Getting frusterated! :(
Help!! I seem to be at a stand still with my weight loss, even though I'm working my butt off and consistently eating just under my daily calorie budget. Technically I should be losing... But my weight hasn't budged in over 2 weeks now! All recommendations welcome!!! TIA!!!

Too few calories?
Hi All, My daily calorie goal is exactly 1200 calories. On a day like today, I ate 1800 and burned 900 through exercise. This means: 1200(goal) - 1900(eaten) + 900(burned) = 200(left) If I don't eat the remaining 200 calories, does that mean my body would go into "starvation mode" because my calorie intake for the day is…
