Sore muscles?!?!
I did a pretty intense workout a couple days ago but my legs are so sore to the point where I can barely walk. Anyone have any tips for getting this to go away or to prevent it next time?

Recording my excerise. Necessary or no?
If you don't record your excerise will it hurt you in the long run? I have a maximum calorie intake of around 1200 and I already have a hard time reaching that many calories so I don't want to have to eat more on top of that because when u add ur excerises it adds more calories to ur intake.
