Snacking
when I'm at work, everyone brings in chocolate and I'm an absolute sucker for it. Have been ever since I started working there. Since dieting if I don't have any of the chocolate people bring I start to feel pretty tired without the usual sugar rush. What can I do/eat instead to keep from flagging?

What's good and what's bad?!
in terms of monosaturated fat and vitamin c, I'm always over the limit on this app. What's good and what's bad? Is it ok to be over my Vitamin C, I assume it is but the word 'over' makes it sound like a bad thing!

Calories
does anyone else find that they feel as though they're eating plenty yet MyFitnessPal says that they're way under limit? What could I even eat that is high in calories but low in fat, sugar and carbs?
