What's good and what's bad?!

in terms of monosaturated fat and vitamin c, I'm always over the limit on this app. What's good and what's bad? Is it ok to be over my Vitamin C, I assume it is but the word 'over' makes it sound like a bad thing!

If you are so 'over' on vitamin C that you get the runs, that's 'over.' My MD suggests that I take 1000 mg of vitamin C every hour when I feel a cold coming on. So I'm pretty sure you aren't getting that much. Remember that Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamins is the very bare minimum to stave of insufficiency diseases like scurvy. That doesn't mean that our bodies don't need more than that for optimum health. I'm sure you already know that monosaturated fats are good for you...0
