Weighing myself
so right now I weight myself once a week when I see my nutrition person. I so want to step I scale daily but I know that you don't always lose weight every day. Thoughts on how often you guys weight yourselves.

Started dieting
started my diet. I was down to a good weight for a long time. Broke leg last year. Could not be active. Started feeling sorry for myself and the weight came back on quick.
