Started dieting

started my diet. I was down to a good weight for a long time. Broke leg last year. Could not be active. Started feeling sorry for myself and the weight came back on quick.

So officially I was at 438 lb when I started. I have been sticking to diet 100 % green veggies and protein.

Monday I weighted in at 422. I have a long ways to go to get back to my ideal weight of 275.

I find the hardest part of sticking to diet is support and busy life. You work hard and sometimes just want to stop get something and sit on couch and eat. With out having to prepare and cook.

Also all the food that is around at work and home. Food has been become so social.

I like the app. Easy to keep track and it motivating and helping me.
