Protein shakes
Im thinking of adding a protein shake to my diet each day. I try and swim round 4/5 miles each week and finding that post workout i am feeling tired etc. I was thinking having a protein shake after a workout may help my recovery and stop me feeling so worn out....any suggestions either way?

Extra calories
If i exercise regular and add the calories burned onto my fitness app it then adds them onto my available calories. Is it best to eat the extra calories or leave them for extra weight loss or does it not matter?

Doing great so far....
Just thought i would say hi to everyone. Been using myfitnesspal for 2 weeks and lost 10lbs, so really chuffed. Feel in control of what im eating and im trying to leave some calories for the evening when i find is the worst time for snacking. I feel so much better and swimming most days, sleeping better and looking better…
