Just thought i would say hi to everyone. Been using myfitnesspal for 2 weeks and lost 10lbs, so really chuffed. Feel in control of what im eating and im trying to leave some calories for the evening when i find is the worst time for snacking. I feel so much better and swimming most days, sleeping better and looking better already. Love this app x
