Rest Periods
i just started a new lifting program (Jason Blahas Ice Cream Fitness). He recommends that during the 5x5 sets your rest periods be 5-7 min. Does anyone else do this or a similar program and really struggle with that long of a rest period? Would it negatively impact my results in a huge way if I only rested for say 2 min???…
