  • Oh I want to hear feedback too. I'm looking for my next program right now and I was thinking about this one. Right now I'm doing a strength/building program and want one geared more to fat loss and weight loss next. I know 80% of that will be diet but I need a good workout plan that will help keep my metabolism going too.

  • I drink it as a tea to reduce bloating. Apple Cider Vinegar + Raw Honey + Cinnamon + Lemon Juice in hot water. It does a lovely job taking away my bloat and I don't mind the taste. I don't know about weight loss though
