The nutrients goals MFP automatically seem high. Like a daily sugar goal of 54g when I believe I’ve heard the daily recommended about by the heart assoc is something less that 20g??
I'm working out six days a week an hour each. Would MFP consider me activebir very active? I ask because my setting have been on "active" since I started in January (I have lost 15 pounds so far) and I just changed it to "very active" and it increased my daily calorie intake by 300.
Hello. At what during your workout do you stop counting calories burned for record keeping purposes? I start at the beginning of the workout and stop after my cool down, but I notice the count going up a good amount for several minutes after.
Hi, I am trying to understand why, for example, my sugar target when I look under "Goals" says 53, but when I look at my daily nutrition count the goal/target says 60, or something other than 53? Are the units of measurements different on different screens?
