I plugged in my info into the IIFYM macro calculator and it is recommending 143g of protein a day. I'm a 30 y/o female on the lower end of "overweight," and other than running 30 mins 3 days a week, my job keeps me pretty sedentary. Calculating calories for homemade juice
How do you calculate calories from homemade juices? I try to eat most of my veggies and fruits whole, but there are a couple that I just plain do not enjoy eating and would rather just chug a cup of in juice form for the vitamins. I'm just not sure how to calculate the calories for these.
