Hey I'm back to MFP need accountability buddies!
Was on MFP on and off for last 2 years. I struggle with binge eating. Restriction also. Currently need to lose about 28 lbs. Was 90+ lbs heavier June 2015, but primarily made by a binge starve cycle. Need accountability buddies with similar issues/experiences to fuel my strength to not binge/restrict.

Thinking about staying away from white flour altogether. Diabetes runs in my family and I keep hearing how white flour and sugar spike your blood sugar. But how do u ever eat anything sweet if u follow that rule.

Healthy weight
I am currently 83 lbs over weight. My initial goal is to get to 170 lbs. It seems daunting though. The lowest I've gotten to in years is 198lbs and I ate 450 calories a day for 3 weeks to get there and exercised 80 minutes a day. I usually am around 210. I have no idea how at the slow pace I'm going at 1-2 pounds a week…

Ballet
Started taking a ballet technique class 2 years ago at beginners level.put on way too much muscle and continued to eat pretty bad.want to slim and lengthen my figure. Have tried Pilates and yoga class at the YMCA gym. I look butch...help!
