what do you do to motivate yourself, i cant afford to be eating like a bodybuilder at the moment and that gets me down to the point i feel whats the point in working out if i cant feed myself correctly afterwards, since iv stopped working out im depressed again and turning to alcohol.. i need a serious kick in the backside…

How would you estimate calories burnt during a heavybag session? I do h.i.i.t training on the bag basically 2 mins of hitting the bag with hard fast combos non stop then I have 30 seconds rest and then go again. I do this for 8 rounds. What is your opinion on exercise bikes vs punching bags for fat loss and fitness. I would be doing 20 mins of hiit training per day but which one do you think is better and why? Thanks
