Been feeling an upper respiratory virus over this weekend. Took super orange emergen-C when I felt it coming. Only ate 700-800 calories for a few days .Sunday eve. and I feel so much better. Thanks to MFP and excersise , colds don't last as long.
Working at over 55. to get to 125lbs. and maintain. I'm only 5ft. 2in. tall. I've got the last stubborn 5 pounds to go and gain muscles while I'm at it.
Why are so many of the examples to choose from have to be a store bought item or from a restaurant? Everyone knows It is better homemade for calorie counting and usually fat and sugar content. :)
