Is there a way to turn them off so that each day doesn't show a long string of, "Usermame has logged in for 3 days now," etc.?

What are your trigger foods?
I know some lucky people don't have any and can eat anything in moderation . I also know that a calorie is a calorie and we can lose weight on 1000 calories a day of Hershey bars, it's just not that good for us. What I'm talking about are the foods that cause you to binge and go over your calorie limit. For me it's sweets.…

What's the longest you've gone, logging in?
I love seeing that number come up, telling me how many days in a row I've logged my food. I can't always control the number on the scale, but at least I can stay mindful by logging in everyday. What's your record for consecutive days?
