Low carb w long-term success
I was curious if anyone has succesfully done a low carb plan and lost weight and kept it off for a while? I lost 80lbs doing Atkins 10'yrs ago, but found 8 months into it I couldn't eat this way for life and gave up. Just curious if anyone is low carbing for life. Thanks.

Thinking about becoming a vegetarian, but scared! Need advice!
I suddenly feel the urge to stop eating meat. I want to give the vegetarian lifestyle a shot. I would still eat cheese, eggs, milk, etc., just NO MEAT whatsoever. I am scared and hesitant and want to hear from anyone who has done it successfully long-term and any advice you can give. Thanks.

Lunch ideas to bring to work that are filling!
I am looking for ideas to brown bag to work and not have to use a microwave. I don't eat any fish, mayo, hummus just to throw that out there. I typically have a Boars Head chicken breast sandwich on wheat bread and a side of grapes, and a granola bar. I do that 3x a week but the other 2 I don't cause I am bored by then.…

Should I start exercise right away or gradually?
Starting MFP for the 289th time and was curious if starting exercise at the same time is smart or should I wait? I plan on doing strength training 3X a week and some cardio right after my strength training.

Looking for people who have done NO CARDIO, Just weights and have lost weight!
I have about 130 lbs to lose to goal. I hate hate hate Cardio at the gym. I have, however, started doing strength training, aka lifting weights for the past two weeks at the gym and love it!
