Exercise & Weight Gain
Just added exercise into my weight loss program. Have lost 50 pounds with little to no exercise. Since I have started walking about 3 miles per day I have gained 2 lbs. I Hate exercise to begin with and then to see a gain???? What is going on? I am getting discouraged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vitamin D Deficiency......
Has anyone noticed that it seems everyone has vitamin D deficiency? My blood work shows that mine is very low and the Dr. wants me on a supplement. Gave me the prescription one and it made me nausea so said to just get over the counter. Any suggestions on good ones? It seems like everyone I talk to has the same problem??…

How do they figure the amount of calories you are allowed each day? On two other sites I was given over 200 more each day than here? Just curious. My calorie allowance is pretty low.

Wine
Does anyone feel that drinking wine causes your weight loss to be slower even when counted in your daily calorie totals? I enjoy my glass or 2 of wine and do measure it. Thoughts?
