Wine

Does anyone feel that drinking wine causes your weight loss to be slower even when
counted in your daily calorie totals? I enjoy my glass or 2 of wine and do measure it.
Thoughts?

Given the number of variables (how long do you avoid drinking wine, are you drinking other alcohol, what other foods and activities are taking place during the time period in question), I think this would be difficult for people to determine. As for my personal experience, I drank virtually every evening while losing weight. I logged the alcohol and didn't have any issues.0

I haven't noticed, provided you measure it accurately and account for it (and the accompanying cheese, crackers, and other munchies) in your calorie counts.0

I lost over 60 pounds (and continue to maintain that) all while enjoying my wine. The key is to accurately track it.0

Not the wine. The munchies I get after alcohol definitely have an effect if I give in to them.0

No, but the fact that it's so hard to fit in makes me lose a lot slower.0
