Has anyone ever challenged themselves to wait 30 days to weigh in? I would love to see a transformation with consistent work without looking at the scale. Any experience?

Hi, Anyone out there with a Fitbit that uses it along with MFP on a regular basis? My food intake is syncing but it doesn't appear that my steps are? Should they automatically update on from my FB to MFP? Or would I need to carry my phone to account for the steps on MFP? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks-
