I have a 5 pound range that is my true goal to land in and maintain, which is not horribly far off. But I set my MFP goal weight for three pounds less than the low end of that range so that when I start on maintenance if I put on a few pounds of water weight, it sends me into my REAL goal range rather than right back out…
