Weight training and stalled weight loss
I have read that when you start weight training your weight loss can be stalled. I was just wondering how long until the scale starts moving? I can see changes in my body but not on the scale. I am 113kg and 165cm and eat around 1500-1700 calories a day.

how did you get started on your journey?
As the title suggests how did you get started on your journey? I don't mean you 'ah ha' moment but what you did after you had that moment? I know the simple answer is eat less, move more but I am hoping for more specifics. Thank you.

struggling with calories
Some background info. I'm 167cm and 113kgs with have a calorie goal of 1820. So as you can see I don't have a small calorie goal or anything but I struggle to say no to food. It's not like people offering food to me but saying no to myself. So I seem to be going over my calories frequently. I have been counting non stop…

rash
Since starting at the gym I have got this itchy red rash pretty much all over me. I have been to the doctors and am on steriod ointment, steriod tablets and antifungal cream. This is my question. I am in a wedding in less then 2 weeks and my rash doesn't appear to be contagious should I keep going to the gym? Would you?
