hi guys, So I've been incorporating some workouts at work. Every hours I either do squats, crunches or lunges when I go to the restroom! Killing 2 birds with one stone :)
hi guys. So I'm 28 and I am a new mommy. I had my daughter 1/27 and gained 49 lbs during my pregnancy. Before I got pregnant I weighed 104 and once I had my daughter I got down to 123 (current weight). I have been doing cardio and eating some what healthy the past month and haven't had any luck losing weight. Any advise?
