Intermittent Fasting Help
Today is my 14th day (2nd week) fasting and I'm doing the 18:6. My problem lately is feeling bloated after consuming all my calories in the little amount of time that I have. The first week I wasn't bloated at all and felt fine, I'm eating about 1800 calories a day being consistent so what's the issue?

Ate way over my limit..Is it all over?
yeah so my caloric limit for the day is about 1900 (trying to lose weight) and I ate about 2500. I feel disgusting, does anybody know if that is such a horrible thing? It isn't my cheat day btw...

Hey everyone
I'm definitely not new here, I've been on MFP (off and on) for about 2-3 years and finally got my ish together. Right now I'm 5'9 170 lbs trying to cut down to about 150-155 doing Intermittent Fasting starting today.
