Can someone show me some applications for this exercise in life outside the weight room?

That is, how can a guy tell if a woman is into him? Not just any single woman, but rather a woman who is already in a relationship and has no intention of cheating, but still has some inkling of like towards this guy. I guess what I'm saying is how can a guy tell if a non-single woman has a little gym crush on him?
Or just make one more agile in general?
After doing lots of cardio type exercise I have lost weight and find myself at an ideal weight. I would now like to get buff looking. What must I do to accomplish this?
