Somehow something happened with the system and I lost a day's meals, and my percentages were all reset - carbs set at 50%, etc. Did this happen to anyone else ? I noticed it last night when I went to log dinner but thought it was just because I was on my phone, but now on the PC it is the same. Weird.
I love peanut butter. I was wondering what brands y'all use. I've looked at the labels in the store and they all seem pretty close in carb count, even those marked natural. I'm not likely to make my own, so what's a good low sugar/low carb brand on the market.

For me it was artichoke hearts. 4 pieces of the quartered ones are about 5 net carbs. Wouldn't have thought that. While to many it doesn't seem like that much, I stick to about 20 carbs a day, so that's 1/4 of my daily allotment.
