Having a hard time deciding on a decent weight lifting routine...
I suck at trying to put one together... I've been researching, but unable to find a weekly routine that would work everything to the last drop. Any help? I like doing cardio for 30 minutes and then finishing with 30 minutes of weights.

Recovering "fatty"... Trying to start over after losing 33lbs & gaining half back this year...
Last year, I lost 33lbs in about 4-5 months, gained about half of it back since Oct to now. Trying to get back on track... I've got the exercising down everyday, just the new eating changes are a challenge. No excuses, but bad ones... Here's to another round.

Hard time adjusting to new change...
I've having a hard time adjusting to eating less. I eat smaller portions now of the right foods and drink a lot of water, like a galon a day, but I'm still hungry feeling. How do you stay motivated when you've become blah?
How do you stay motivated when you've become blah? I keep unmotivated easy... and I'm tired of it and would like some tips on what other people do to keep that giving up from happening.
