How do you stay motivated when you've become blah?

How do you stay motivated when you've become blah? I keep unmotivated easy... and I'm tired of it and would like some tips on what other people do to keep that giving up from happening.

I would look at old pics of me when I was overweight, progress pics, and others before and afters, don't laugh or hate but I look at celebs too and I never want to hear my children or any other kid say I'm fat lol, you know some kids are unfiltered, dont know better, and say anything in public. Keeps me motivated!0

I pick one specific thing I want to work on and focus most of my energy there for a week or two. Right now it is getting the amount of fiber right for my diet and still get my calories. It's a mini challenge. I went through a blah phase for several months and am just coming out of it. I think you really have to distract yourself sometimes to get away from the blahs.0

I think about why I'm doing this. What u e done so far and how mad I would be if I had to do it all over again.0
