Need Advice-please help!!
Hi! I am new to MFP, I’ve been on it for about 3 weeks and have only lost 2 pounds so far. I’m 5’7 and weigh 151, I excercise everyday running 3 miles or walking 3 miles eating 1200-1400 cals a day. I’m curious to know if progress on MFP is very slow going when it comes to losing the weight?

Do you recommend drinking flavored waters, or Powerade zero, and basically anything with zero calories and artificial sweeteners while trying to lose weight?

Hey everyone! I need help understanding MFP. It sets the calorie limit for yourself and takes into consideration how active you are. But why does it add more calories for the day after you workout, if you are wanting to lose weight?
