my current problem is that with my active lifestyle and the size of my portions, it's hard to reCb my calorie goal. Is the calorie goal something to stay under or something to reach? Cause I'm way under it every day so far. Advice or help needed
I have 2 kids and eating the correct thing is sometimes hard. Especially when there is no time to cook a meal so you have to go grab some take out and eat that. Is there a way around this? What do you do when you don't have time to make the right kind of food? Any advice?
2 years ago I started as journey to getting fit, I lost 60 lbs. and started to get muscle definition. I got off of it and gained weight back. I'm 110% commited and ready to get even further this time and to maintain it. Anybody wanna join that journey with me?
