Calorie count for the day

my current problem is that with my active lifestyle and the size of my portions, it's hard to reCb my calorie goal. Is the calorie goal something to stay under or something to reach? Cause I'm way under it every day so far. Advice or help needed

    You calorie goal is what you should be eating at to lose/gain weight at the rate you've setup in the app. While exercise burns may sometimes be overstated, initially eating back at least half of them is recommended. You can then periodically review your weight changes and adjust the % of exercise calories you consume depending on whether your weight is changing faster or slower than expected (say once every month or so).

    Being more active is all the more reason to reach your goal calories. Under days here and there are okay but should be the exception, not the rule.
