Anyone else using a concept 2 rower?
Just purchased a concept 2 rower a week ago, brilliant machine. Been using it for 10 mins a day first few days and did 20 mins yesterday. Still working on my technique and slightly unsure what is the best resistance setting to use but its early days yet, really enjoying it.

Best footwear for Indoor rowing?
Any ideas what are the best types of trainers/shoes for Indoor rowing? I'm using an old pair of running trainers at the min but have read that they are too wide and possibly provide too much cushioning. Any info on what are the best types/brands would be much appreciated.

Does anyone use the Runkeeper app?
Only just started using it, just wondering if it would keep track of your activity and calories even if you didn't move too far? For example doing a few hours work in the garden, or a game of table tennis.

Lost 35 pounds in 7 weeks, no exercise.
Been out of shape for a while, not eating healthy and found that a lot foods made me feel tired and lifeless.
