Best type of knee supports for Indoor rowing?

Had a weakness in my left knee for a while, often aches during long workouts on my rower so wondering if a knee support would help, and if so any ideas what the best type of knee supports for Indoor rowing are? Plenty of supports to choose from online but can't find any info on what ones/types are actually suited best for Indoor rowing.
