Pain!!
So.. my body is obviously not used to this working out thing- I've only been doing it a week now and I was doing good but today my back is killing me and I'm tired. Oh well, I'm gonna take a hot bath and relax then get right back to it!

Yummy Salmon Recipe (easy AND low cal!)
This is sooooooo good and only 142 calories a serving!! 4 Salmon fillets (4oz) 2 T Honey 2 T Ketchup Canola oil cooking spray Spray baking dish, place salmon fillets in dish.
