Pain!!

So.. my body is obviously not used to this working out thing- I've only been doing it a week now and I was doing good but today my back is killing me and I'm tired. Oh well, I'm gonna take a hot bath and relax then get right back to it!

    Why not take a day or two to rest before you cause some serious damage.

    Rest days are an important part of your working out, it's when the growth and repair actually occur. Your work out will tear up your muscles, your rest periods and rest days will repair and grow them. Nutrition, Exercise and Sleep all go hand in hand. It's awesome you're desperate to get back to it though.

    What kind of exercise are you doing? It's important to always use good form or you do risk injury.

    If your still feeling sore, take it easy till the pain gets easier to deal with. Also make sure you're eating the right foods to help your body recover. Sleep is key also, 6-8 hours a night of uninterrupted sleep. It gets easier so don't give up. That pain your dealing with now is because your body isn't use to it.
