Is anyone just starting out? I'm trying Dukan diet. I am very motivated but could always use some support!!
i am starting Dukan Diet today!! Have gained 20 lbs in last 2 years and it's time for drastic measures!!! Any one else starting?? Tried to get a friend to join me for support but they're not ready at this point :( .
